Kevin Nguyen is a driven and rising star in the construction industry. His passion for homes and building developed at an early age, and over the past decade, Kevin has dedicated himself to mastering the trades that make construction unique.

Growing up, Kevin faced significant challenges that shaped his early maturity and strong work ethic. Like many young Southern entrepreneurs, he started a lawn care business in his neighborhood. This experience sparked his entrepreneurial spirit, which only grew from there. After successfully selling his lawn care business, Kevin transitioned into an assistant project management role while still in high school.

As his passion for the industry deepened, Kevin pursued a degree in Construction Management at Kennesaw State University. Balancing academic responsibilities with side projects on weekends, Kevin realized that to fully embrace his dream, he needed to take charge of his own path. That's when Capital Development LLC was born.

For Kevin, building and remodeling a home is much like developing the character of a person. “To build, you first have to pull back layers to uncover what lies beneath. From there, you can fix the foundation, and the rest becomes a story to be told,” he says. Kevin believes that construction should go beyond just creating a product—it’s about understanding the client’s vision and making their concept of 'home' a reality.
